Instrument Sterilization Trays and Silicone Matts

Unique “grid” system in all bases, trays, and lids makes it easy to install the mat or insert required to protect your instruments properly
Stackable trays with integral feet in bases and corner ridges on lids allow for easier handling in autoclaves and storage
All bases have pebble-like surface to keep mats from sticking
Universal finger mats for multiple variations.
Special plug-in inserts for specific instruments.
Accommodates micro-instruments as well as endoscopes.
Optional two-level trays for special instrument needs.
Trays are molded from super-strong ULTEM® resins for guaranteed strength, structural integrity, and extended life cycle.
Finger mats and plug-in inserts are molded in durable, flexible silicone and designed
specifically for the engineered grid system of the INVOTEC Sterilization Tray system.
Trays may withstand temperatures up to 360°F (160°C) and all types of sterilization methods.
Multiple size options accommodate many combinations of instruments.
