Payment Terms
Our payment terms are net thirty (30) days. F.O.B. Jacksonville, FL. unless other wise specified.

Acceptance
All orders are subject to approval and acceptance on Invotec International, Inc. which reserves the right to alter or suspend credit, cancel unfilled orders or refuse shipment when credit conditions warrant such action.

Changes
Invotec reserves the right to discontinue products, make design improvements, change specifications, prices, terms or conditions of sale at any time.

Packaging and Shipments
A. Processing of all orders begins immediately.
B. All items shall be packaged and shipped in accordance with Invotec’s best judgment. Special packaging or
shipping instructions must be noted on the original order and acknowledged by invotec.
C. Shipment is F.O.B. Jacksonville, FL.
D. Shipment dates are based on Invotec’s best estimates. Invotec will exercise its best efforts to ship on schedule, but shall not be liable for damage or loss because of any delay in delivery.
E. Invotec reserves the right to fill any order by complete or partial shipments unless other wise agreed.
F. Invotec’s responsibility for loss or damage to goods ends upon delivery of those goods to the transporting company. We will assist you in any reasonable manner in filing claims for damaged or lost merchandise.

Return Goods Policy
All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number. This number is available by calling our customer service department. Invoice number, sales order number, and date of shipment must be supplied in order to receive proper authorization. All returned goods must have freight prepaid. In cases of damage or defaced merchandise, a restocking fee will be assessed based on actual restocking costs involved.
A. Merchandise returned in unopened, undamaged condition 60 days of the date of purchase will be credited at the customer’s actual purchase price.
B. Merchandise returned after 60 days and before 180 days from date of purchase will be credited at actual purchase price less 25% restocking fees.
C. Merchandise returned after 180 days from date of purchase will receive no credit.
D. Returned products that have come in contact with patient tissue or fluids must be sterilized before shipping. These products shall have evidence of sterilization or statement that sterilization has been performed.
E. Altered or specially made items are not returnable for credit. Sterile packages will not be accepted for credit if package is broken.

Warranty
Invotec International, Inc. warrants that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Invotec will replace or provide a refund for any product found to be defective so long as the product is returned according to the Returned Goods instructions in Policy. Invotec shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OR OTHERWISE. Invotec International neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other additional liability or responsibility with respect to this product.
